How you manage your relationships matter.
Cuppa was born out of the need to maintain personalised customer relationships at scale. Although our team was small, we needed a system that helped us keep track of customers, communicate internally and to share ideas and make decisions. We found that we were making numerous channels and chat groups to do this which became really difficult to manage. When we hired new people, it was a constant effort to make sure they had access to all the relevant information.
That's what led us to building Cuppa. At the heart of Cuppa are threads: organized spaces for your internal team to keep track of a customer.
